Colorado Homestead Company Inc was formed over 10 years ago by the principal of the company, Gerry Hartkopf, who holds degrees in design from Cranbrook Academy of Art and the Institute of Design at IIT. Gerry has functioned as a staff designer, a university instructor, and as a consultant in the field of industrial design for over 30 years.
The results of designing, planning, and building fine custom homes that will contribute daily to the well-being and happiness of others is a very rewarding experience. We will help you identify your choice of architectural style, living patterns, spatial organization, and personal needs. Then we will design to meet those specific needs.
